Mrs Ralph

Lead Practitioner

Hello I am Mrs Ralph the lead practitioner of Kindergarten. I have held this position since September 2022. I previously worked within the school as a teaching partner for 11 years, predominantly in the Reception year group. I am passionate about Early Years and enjoy helping children develop their skills and celebrate their achievements. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts and spending time with my husband, daughter and cat.

Mrs Tacey

Hello, I am Mrs Tacey I am a teaching partner in Kindergarten. I started my Early Years journey 28 years ago as a lunchtime supervisor in Reception. I then became a teaching partner in Year 1 and then supported children with Dyslexia. I then joined Kindergarten 20 years ago. I am dedicated to helping children develop and grow in confident and happy learners, through the Early Years curriculum. I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family at the weekends. 

Mrs Manocha

Hello, I am Mrs Manocha. I joined Kindergarten as a teaching partner in February 2018.  I have been in the teaching profession for more than 30 years.
I have a passion to support children develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. I find ways to support sustained shared thinking with children to make them feel valued, safe, loved and respected. I love to develop children’s critical and creative thinking through mark-making and arts and crafts. I also enjoy cooking with children, which helps them to expand their knowledge and understanding of the world.

Hello, I am Mrs Peacock and I work in Kindergarten on a Thursday and Friday.  I've previously worked as a Reception teacher and currently run a dance and wellbeing business alongside being a teaching partner.  When I'm not busy with my two little girls I enjoy baking, yoga and dancing.

Hello, my name is Megan, and I am currently studying for a Level 3 qualification in Early Years at Cirencester College. In the future, I hope to further my education and attend university to study Early Years and Education. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as well as walking my dog.
